Sasta Basta
Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Sasta Basta application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is intended to be used by children from Year 6 to GCSE with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or teacher, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
2. Licence
Triomatic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial home-learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.
3. Subscription, free trial & auto-renewal
- Full access to the App is provided through an auto-renewing subscription, which begins with a 7-day free trial.
- Unless you cancel during the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your store account is charged the price shown at purchase (for example £6.99 / month in the UK; prices vary by country).
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Payment is charged to, and renewals are managed by, your Apple App Store or Google Play account — not by Triomatic.
- You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded except where required by law or store policy.
- Prices may vary by region and may change; any change is notified in advance and applies only to future renewals.
4. Educational content
The App's lessons, worksheets, quizzes and tests are original works created by Triomatic. Where a subject is described as aligned to the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus, this means the content is written to match publicly available syllabus topics and difficulty. Sasta Basta is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge University Press & Assessment. "Cambridge IGCSE" is a trademark of Cambridge University Press & Assessment. We do not guarantee any particular exam result.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triomatic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and published here.
